Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging physical education lessons aligned with the UK curriculum
  • Plan and implement activities that cater to diverse age groups across the whole school
  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles among students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support holistic student development
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teaching staff
  • Incorporate technology where appropriate to enhance teaching and learning

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma in Physical Education or related field
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of UK curriculum requirements for physical education
  • Ability to plan and deliver lessons for students of all ages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Competence in using technology as part of teaching practice
  • Experience with GCSE-level physical education curriculum
