Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant science subject expertise
• Proven experience in a leadership or senior teaching role within a secondary school
• Strong knowledge of science curriculum and pedagogy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead with integrity and clarity

Preferred

• Experience in a British curriculum school or international school setting
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and EdTech tools
• Leadership experience in curriculum development or school improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated success in driving student achievement and engagement
• Experience with STEAM+ or cross-curricular learning approaches
