Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging Physics lessons aligned with the IB curriculum and student learning needs.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that promote critical thinking and inquiry-based learning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, support professional development, and enhance school-wide teaching standards.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Stay current with developments in Physics education and integrate technology-enhanced learning into instruction.
• Support student well-being and personal development through mentorship and extracurricular engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field with a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, PGDE, QTS or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or IB environment.
• Strong command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Preferred

• Experience teaching the IB curriculum or in an international school setting.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology to enhance learning and student engagement.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success and holistic development.
