Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the IB curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement cross-curricular and interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Assess student progress using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies.
• Support the personal and academic development of students through mentorship and guidance.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching and learning.
• Stay current with best practices in education and integrate technology effectively into instruction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field with a PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred

• Experience teaching the IB curriculum.
• Additional language skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in technology-enhanced learning.
• Strong understanding of current pedagogical practices.
