The Opportunity:
As a Prep School Gapper, you will support the academic and pastoral development of children aged 3–13, while assisting with the wider operations and marketing of the school. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the academic and pastoral development of students across a wide age range.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the school, including administrative and logistical tasks.
- Contribute to the marketing and promotion of the school’s programs and events.
- Engage with students, parents, and staff to enhance the overall school experience.
- Collaborate with the Head of Boarding to ensure the smooth running of boarding activities.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
- Provide a positive and encouraging environment for students to thrive.
- Assist with the delivery of the school’s enrichment and sports programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Enthusiastic and committed individual with a genuine interest in working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
Preferred
- Experience working in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development and pastoral care.
- Experience with marketing or promotional activities.
- Familiarity with the UK education system and curriculum.
- Multilingual skills would be an advantage.
