Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging, and innovative teaching to pupils in line with the school’s academic and pastoral standards.

  • Plan and prepare effective lesson plans and resources that align with curriculum requirements and support student achievement.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help pupils reach their full potential.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience in primary education.
  • Strong classroom management and teaching skills with a proven ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Commitment to the school’s values, including safeguarding, pastoral care, and student well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in a busy and dynamic school environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in a co-educational or boarding school setting.
  • Experience with teaching a range of subjects or working with diverse student groups.
  • Familiarity with the UK curriculum and assessment systems.
  • Experience in developing and delivering enrichment activities or extracurricular programs.
