Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and challenging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for students aged 2–12.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and cross-curricular projects.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to support student development and well-being.
- Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
- Support the school’s mission of global education and cultural understanding through student engagement and community involvement.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and inclusion of all students in accordance with school policies and international standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Strong knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international setting.
Preferred
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Familiarity with teaching in an international school environment.
- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German.
- Experience with performing arts or creative curriculum delivery.
