Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and challenging lessons aligned with the IB curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for students aged 2–12.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and cross-curricular projects.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to support student development and well-being.
• Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
• Support the school’s mission of global education and cultural understanding through student engagement and community involvement.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, and inclusion of all students in accordance with school policies and international standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
• Strong knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international setting.

Preferred

• Experience working with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with teaching in an international school environment.
• Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German.
• Experience with performing arts or creative curriculum delivery.
