Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging Spanish lessons that align with the IB curriculum and school values.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and language development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the school to enhance interdisciplinary learning and global engagement.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in language teaching and education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field.
  • Qualified teacher status or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching Spanish at the secondary level.
  • Strong command of spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Experience with the IB curriculum or international education framework.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in an international school setting.
  • Familiarity with the Nord Anglia Education curriculum and values.
  • Experience with bilingual or multilingual education.
  • Knowledge of performing arts or music education is a plus.
