Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, challenging, and innovative lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum and IPC.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student achievement and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programme.
- Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform teaching.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and students to ensure a consistent and supportive learning experience.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with at least two years’ teaching experience.
- Fluent in English and experienced in delivering the British curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and academic excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community engagement.
- Experience in pastoral care or student support roles.
