Summary:

Join a school's Quality and Data Administrator team to support quality assurance and data management in education.

The Opportunity:

As a Quality and Data Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data and quality processes across the Education department. This role is essential in supporting the delivery of examinations and maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation for learners and staff.
  • Support the Quality Team by acting as an intermediary for staff and ensuring consistency across departments.
  • Create detailed reports to monitor programme achievements and progress.
  • Organise and manage work placements and inventory systems.
  • Assist with the administration and delivery of examinations.
  • Ensure all individual programmes are correctly documented and up to date.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using IT systems, databases, and spreadsheet software.
  • Work efficiently within a busy team while managing tasks independently and to deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Functional Skills in maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Training, Assessment, Quality Assurance Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, databases, and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in education or quality assurance roles.
  • Experience with examination administration.
  • Knowledge of data management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
