- Collaborate with colleagues across the academy trust to share best practices and resources.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching and learning strategies.
- Contribute to the development of departmental policies and initiatives.
- Promote the values and ethos of the school in all aspects of teaching and student interaction.
- Support students in developing a deep understanding of religious beliefs and practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Religious Education.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student welfare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Experience in working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and resource creation.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a school setting.
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in Religious Education.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
