The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join our Humanities Faculty. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives while contributing to a dynamic and forward-thinking school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Religious Education to students across the secondary age range
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people
  • Inspire trust and confidence in students and colleagues

  • Support the development of students’ spiritual, moral, and cultural understanding

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in the secondary sector
  • Strong knowledge of teaching, learning, and behaviour management strategies
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience in Religious Education or related subjects
  • Experience working within a multi-academy trust or collaborative school environment
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to school-wide initiatives and values
  • Experience in professional development and continuous learning
