The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning in Key Stage 2 with a focus on classroom engagement and pupil development.
- Assist with the delivery of specialist subjects such as Art, Music, Science, and Languages.
- Contribute to the boarding experience and support the pastoral needs of students.
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborative planning sessions.
- Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
- Assist with extracurricular activities and school events.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to younger students where appropriate.
- Maintain a high standard of behaviour and conduct in line with school policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A graduate with a relevant degree, preferably in education or a related field.
- Commitment to working in a residential setting with children aged 3-13.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching or working with children in a school or educational setting.
- Specialism in subjects such as Art, Music, Science, or Languages.
- Previous experience in a boarding or residential environment.
- Knowledge of child development and pastoral care practices.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
