Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to support student well-being and achievement.
  • Coordinate events and programs that promote student participation and school community involvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate student engagement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to students in setting and achieving personal and academic goals.
  • Work closely with teaching and support staff to create a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Ensure all activities align with the school’s mission and values.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote student success and school objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in student engagement or a related educational role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • A commitment to equality and inclusion in education.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school setting within a multi-academy trust.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Experience in developing and delivering student support programs.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and digital engagement tools.
