Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire school community.
• Oversee academic programs and ensure alignment with U.S. curriculum standards.

• Implement innovative teaching practices and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within an international school setting.
• Strong understanding of the United States education system and curriculum standards.
• Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and school operations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and academic performance.

Preferred

• Experience with the Virginia State Learning Standards and AP Program.
• Familiarity with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
• Experience in leading school-wide initiatives and strategic planning.
• Strong background in safeguarding and child protection practices.
