Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate school administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent communication support to staff, students, and parents.
- Maintain and update school records and databases accurately.
- Assist with the organisation of school events and meetings.
- Support the school’s day-to-day operations with a proactive and professional approach.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external organisations and manage correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a school secretary or PA, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and school management systems.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience with educational administration or school operations.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies.
- Familiarity with working in a co-educational environment.
- Experience with managing school events or pastoral care activities.
