Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Science across the Secondary School (Years 7 to 13), with opportunities in IB MYP and Diploma Programmes
  • Plan and deliver inquiry-based lessons that foster scientific curiosity and critical thinking
  • Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and whole school initiatives
  • Participate in the wider life of the school, including trips, expeditions, and outdoor activities
  • Support the development of a programme that blends rigorous academics with mountain leadership and outdoor education
  • Engage with a diverse student body from around the world
  • Contribute to a supportive and innovative teaching environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Degree in Chemistry or another science discipline
  • Proven teaching experience with excellent student outcomes
  • EU passport or valid Swiss work permit required

Preferred

  • Experience with the IB or other international curricula
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, innovative team
  • Experience in outdoor education or leadership activities
