The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach at least one science subject at both GCSE and A Level.
- Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative and effective teaching strategies.
- Participate in the school’s strong professional development and training programmes.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attainment.
- Work closely with other departments and external partners, including Knightsfield School.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in science.
- Experience teaching science at both GCSE and A Level.
- Commitment to inclusive education and supporting students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in a high-performing school or academy setting.
- Background in leading or contributing to curriculum development.
- Experience with special educational needs (SEN) support.
- Involvement in extracurricular or enrichment activities.
