Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across key stages
• Plan and implement differentiated teaching strategies to support diverse learners
• Monitor and report on student progress and achievement
• Prepare students for examinations and assessments
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and management
• Support the wider aims and ethos of the Modern Foreign Languages Department
• Participate in school events, parents’ evenings and departmental meetings
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and pastoral care for all students

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Spanish
• Ability to inspire and motivate young people
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Collaborative and positive working style
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

Preferred

• Experience teaching GCSE Spanish
• Ability to teach an additional language
