Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Proven experience in teaching maths at secondary level.
- Strong commitment to student achievement and inclusion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or supporting maths department initiatives.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
