Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Proven experience in teaching maths at secondary level.
  • Strong commitment to student achievement and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or supporting maths department initiatives.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Willingness to participate in professional learning and school improvement projects.
