Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging and challenging lessons tailored to the needs of Senior School students aged 11 to 18.
  • Set and maintain high academic standards, ensuring all students are encouraged to reach their full potential.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in the Psychology curriculum and support enrichment activities.
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents to enhance the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the Psychology course up to A level.
  • Participate in the school’s co-curricular and pastoral programmes.
  • Support the school’s mission of fostering academic excellence and personal growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Psychology up to and including A level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school setting with a strong academic focus.
  • Background in pastoral care or student support.
