Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver engaging and challenging lessons tailored to the needs of Senior School students aged 11 to 18.
- Set and maintain high academic standards, ensuring all students are encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the Psychology curriculum and support enrichment activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Psychology course up to A level.
- Participate in the school’s co-curricular and pastoral programmes.
- Support the school’s mission of fostering academic excellence and personal growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Psychology up to and including A level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Preferred
- Experience in a school setting with a strong academic focus.
- Background in pastoral care or student support.
- Familiarity with co-curricular activities and enrichment programmes.
