The Opportunity:

As a High Performance Tennis Coach, you will lead and develop an elite tennis programme for student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically. You will deliver high-quality coaching and support players competing at national and international levels, working closely with academic and sports staff to ensure a balanced and holistic development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement structured high-performance tennis training programmes
  • Deliver individualised technical, tactical, physical and mental performance coaching
  • Monitor player progression using performance data and match analysis
  • Prepare athletes for regional, national and international tournaments
  • Coordinate competition calendars and travel planning where required
  • Collaborate with academic departments to balance sporting and academic commitments
  • Support recruitment of talented national and international tennis players
  • Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Recognised tennis coaching qualification (e.g., ITF, RPT, RFET, LTA or equivalent national federation certification)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience coaching competitive or high-performance players
  • Proven experience developing players for regional, national or international competition
  • Strong knowledge of modern tennis methodologies, biomechanics, and performance analytics
  • Experience working within structured high-performance or academy environments
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school or boarding environment
  • Knowledge of Spanish (an advantage)
  • Driving licence
