Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with US curriculum standards for Design and Technology
  • Integrate practical design projects with theoretical concepts to enhance student learning
  • Utilize modern technology tools such as CAD software and 3D printing in classroom instruction
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and collaboration
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student development and curriculum innovation

  • Manage classroom activities and resources to support student engagement and achievement

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Design & Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Design and Technology at the secondary school level
  • Strong understanding of US curriculum standards for Design and Technology
  • Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans that promote student learning
  • Proficient in using current design and technology tools relevant to education

Preferred

  • Experience with project-based learning and STEM integration
  • Familiarity with international school environments and multicultural classrooms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with assessment and student progress tracking
