Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IB DP curriculum
• Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student expression
• Support students in developing technical and conceptual art skills

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Stay current with developments in art and design education

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme framework or willingness to undergo training
• Strong creative skills with knowledge of various art techniques and design principles
• Ability to engage and motivate secondary school students
• Good communication skills in English

Preferred

• Basic proficiency with digital art tools and technology
• Experience in international education or teaching in a multicultural environment
• Previous teaching experience, though not required
