The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the school office and providing excellent support to staff and visitors. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive and welcoming school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the main office and reception.
  • Manage general office duties, including answering calls, correspondence, and visitor接待.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and school activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the timely processing of administrative tasks.
  • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure a cohesive and effective working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures at all times.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Previous experience working in a school environment.
  • Familiarity with educational systems and processes.
  • Experience with office software such as Microsoft Office and school management systems.
