The Opportunity:
As an Admissions Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the admissions process, providing high-quality administrative support, and ensuring a smooth experience for families. This is a vital position for a school that values excellence in education and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full admissions cycle from initial inquiry through to enrolment and withdrawal
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Coordinate school tours, assessments, and admissions meetings
- Maintain accurate admissions records and tracking systems (MIS/CRM)
- Support conversion of enquiries into enrolments through effective follow-up and relationship management
- Liaise with senior leaders regarding admissions decisions and placement processes
- Provide front desk and reception support, acting as a professional first point of contact for the school
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed, including visitor management and sign-in protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and school MIS systems (e.g. ISAMS, OpenApply, zenda)
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in an admissions, customer service, administration, or school-based role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with parents, students, staff and external stakeholders
- Experience managing enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Experience maintaining accurate records and databases
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Preferred
- Experience supporting student enrolment, registration and re-enrolment processes
- Knowledge of British curriculum education and the UAE education sector
- Experience organising school events, assessments, tours and parent engagement activities
- Understanding of visa documentation requirements, KHDA registration procedures and student transfer processes
- Experience supporting finance-related administrative processes, including fee collection coordination and payment follow-up
- Marketing and social media experience to support admissions and community engagement activities
