The Opportunity:

As an Admissions Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the admissions process, providing high-quality administrative support, and ensuring a smooth experience for families. This is a vital position for a school that values excellence in education and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full admissions cycle from initial inquiry through to enrolment and withdrawal
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Coordinate school tours, assessments, and admissions meetings
  • Maintain accurate admissions records and tracking systems (MIS/CRM)
  • Support conversion of enquiries into enrolments through effective follow-up and relationship management
  • Liaise with senior leaders regarding admissions decisions and placement processes
  • Provide front desk and reception support, acting as a professional first point of contact for the school
  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed, including visitor management and sign-in protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and school MIS systems (e.g. ISAMS, OpenApply, zenda)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in an admissions, customer service, administration, or school-based role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with parents, students, staff and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Preferred

  • Experience supporting student enrolment, registration and re-enrolment processes
  • Knowledge of British curriculum education and the UAE education sector
  • Experience organising school events, assessments, tours and parent engagement activities
  • Understanding of visa documentation requirements, KHDA registration procedures and student transfer processes
  • Experience supporting finance-related administrative processes, including fee collection coordination and payment follow-up
  • Marketing and social media experience to support admissions and community engagement activities
