The Opportunity:
As Admissions Executive, you will play a key role in managing the admissions process for the Infant and Junior School, ensuring a seamless and family-focused experience that aligns with the school's mission and values. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all admissions activities for the Infant and Junior School.
- Deliver a cohesive, high-quality admissions experience that reflects the school's ethos and values.
- Act as the first point of contact for families considering the school, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance.
- Work closely with the Infant and Junior School to promote the school and its offerings to prospective families.
- Generate insights from data systems such as CRM to inform admissions strategies and improve the customer experience.
- Support the achievement of recruitment targets and contribute to the long-term pipeline of students into the Senior School.
- Ensure operational efficiency and consistency in all admissions processes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Admissions and other teams to maintain a unified approach to admissions and marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in a sales or customer experience environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM or similar data systems to generate insights and improve customer engagement.
- Ability to manage and lead admissions processes effectively.
- Understanding of the needs and expectations of families with young children.
- Commitment to the values and mission of a school.
Preferred
- Experience in the education sector, particularly in admissions or marketing roles.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language or similar.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
