The Opportunity:

As Admissions Executive, you will play a key role in managing the admissions process for the Infant and Junior School, ensuring a seamless and family-focused experience that aligns with the school's mission and values. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and families while contributing to the school's long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead all admissions activities for the Infant and Junior School.
  • Deliver a cohesive, high-quality admissions experience that reflects the school's ethos and values.
  • Act as the first point of contact for families considering the school, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance.
  • Work closely with the Infant and Junior School to promote the school and its offerings to prospective families.
  • Generate insights from data systems such as CRM to inform admissions strategies and improve the customer experience.
  • Support the achievement of recruitment targets and contribute to the long-term pipeline of students into the Senior School.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and consistency in all admissions processes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Admissions and other teams to maintain a unified approach to admissions and marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer experience environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM or similar data systems to generate insights and improve customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage and lead admissions processes effectively.
  • Understanding of the needs and expectations of families with young children.
  • Commitment to the values and mission of a school.

Preferred

  • Experience in the education sector, particularly in admissions or marketing roles.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language or similar.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
