Key Responsibilities:

- Provide cover for teaching assistants in the Infant School when required.
- Contribute to the overall positive and inclusive school culture.
- Help maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support the implementation of the school’s mission and values in daily interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working with primary aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
- Commitment to the school’s mission and values.
Preferred
- Experience in a teaching or educational support role.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques.
- Experience with teaching assistants in an Infant or Junior school setting.
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
