Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Art and Photography.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching Art and Photography.
  • Commitment to student achievement and personal development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in delivering creative and innovative lessons.
  • Familiarity with digital art and photography tools.
  • Experience with cross-phase or multi-academy trust working.
  • Background in curriculum development or leadership.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers.
