Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with severe and profound learning difficulties in a nurturing environment
• Assist in delivering a child-centred curriculum that promotes communication and independence
• Work closely with teaching staff to ensure effective learning outcomes
• Develop positive and effective relationships with students and colleagues
• Adapt to the needs of individual students and support their personal development
• Participate in school activities and contribute to a positive and inclusive culture
• Promote a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Assist in the management of classroom resources and materials

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students

• Ability to learn and adapt to new challenges

Preferred

• Experience working with students with severe and profound learning difficulties
• Previous experience in an educational setting
• Experience with teaching or supporting students with complex needs
• Knowledge of child-centred teaching approaches
