Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in primary or secondary education.
• Ability to meet the standards outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in behaviour management and classroom leadership.

Preferred

• Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a passion for education.
• Experience in working within a school trust or multi-academy trust.
• Demonstrable experience in staff development and collaboration.
• Familiarity with innovative teaching practices and curriculum design.
