Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and innovative art curriculum aligned with the school’s educational standards.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the co-curricular and pastoral aspects of student life.
• Mentor and inspire students to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
• Participate actively in school events, exhibitions, and other artistic initiatives.

• Support students through personalized guidance and pastoral care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Appropriate degree with UK PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in leading independent schools.
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum of England and IGCSE/GCSE and/or A Levels.
• A clean criminal record check, including International Child Protection Check (ICPC) or equivalent.
• Proven commitment to safeguarding and understanding of safeguarding procedures.
