Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Design and Technology at KS4/KS5.
• A growth mindset, with a reflective and solution-focused approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with colleagues, students, and parents.
• A proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching.
• A willingness to collaborate and share best practices.

Preferred

• A Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with robotics, AI, and emerging technologies.
