Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and innovative Business Studies lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student well-being and academic success
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student engagement and achievement
• Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the overall school community
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent standards of teaching and learning
• Support the personal and academic development of students through regular feedback and assessment
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
• Stay updated with current educational trends and best practices in Business Studies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a BA degree with a PGCE qualification
• Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum
• Previous experience working with non-native English-speaking students
• Strong commitment to teaching and holistic education
• Professionalism and a focus on student well-being
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities

Preferred

• Prior experience in an international school setting
• Experience with teaching Business Studies at secondary level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with international accreditation standards
