Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Business lessons to students at KS4 and KS5.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a challenging and inclusive curriculum.
• Support the professional development of students through personalized learning and career guidance.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the planning and delivery of cross-curricular projects.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that reflects the school’s core values.
• Engage with the wider community through partnerships and outreach initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in the field of Business education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in Business education at KS4 and KS5.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
• Experience in working within a team and contributing to departmental planning.
• Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
• Ability to assess and support students of all abilities.

Preferred

• Experience with curriculum development and innovation in teaching methods.
• Background in student leadership or inclusion initiatives.
• Familiarity with the latest changes in education policy and KCSIE guidelines.
• Experience in working with diverse student populations.
