Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the arts program
- Support student progress through individualized feedback and guidance
- Stay up to date with current trends and developments in art education

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A passion for teaching art and nurturing creativity in young learners
- Strong communication skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging art lessons
- Basic knowledge of art materials, techniques, and art history
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Preferred
- Relevant qualifications or training in Art or Education
- Experience in teaching Key Stage 3 or 4 students
