Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching Chemistry at the secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage students in the classroom.
  • Commitment to the school’s educational philosophy and values.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school with a strong co-curricular programme.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods such as the Harkness approach.
  • Experience in developing and leading science-related extracurricular activities.
  • Fluency in a second language, particularly Arabic or French.
  • Experience with international curricula such as IGCSE, IB, or A Levels.
