Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Prep school team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Support the Head of Prep and Senior Leadership Team in delivering strategic priorities.
  • Drive academic and pastoral leadership across the school, ensuring student success.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring the highest outcomes for learners.
  • Represent the school in external meetings and events, promoting its values and achievements.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and initiatives that align with the school’s mission and vision.
  • Support the implementation of co-curricular programs that enhance student development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven leadership experience in a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrated success in driving academic and pastoral standards.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Commitment to high-quality teaching and learning practices.
  • Experience in a school environment with a focus on holistic development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership role within an international school.
