The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Class Teacher FS2 to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role is central to delivering high-quality early years education that nurtures curiosity, imagination, and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, student-led lessons that promote holistic development.
• Use classroom technology to enhance the learning experience for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
• Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme and community activities.
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support the school’s mission of fostering aspiration, agency, agility, and altitude in all learners.
• Work closely with parents and carers to support student development and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A BEd or PGCE qualification.
• Proven teaching experience in Nursery or FS2 settings.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding teaching practice.
• Confidence in planning and delivering engaging, student-led lessons.
• Experience using classroom technology to enhance learning.

Preferred

• Experience with the National Curriculum for England or similar frameworks.
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership roles within the department.
• Strong commitment to extra-curricular involvement and community engagement.
• Experience in a diverse, international educational setting.
