Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences in a British curriculum environment.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of lessons that align with the English National Curriculum.
• Foster a caring and supportive atmosphere that promotes the academic and social development of students.
• Maintain a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and practices.
• Encourage innovative thinking and practice in education to enhance student engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individual learning plans.
• Support students with special educational needs where appropriate.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of two years experience in a British curriculum school.
• A B.Ed or BA degree in a core Primary subject with PGCE.
• Proficient ICT user with up to date knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
• Strong personal presence and high level of interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and practices.

Preferred

• Experience in fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the wider life of the school.
• Awareness of innovative teaching practices and methods.
