- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support where needed.
- Work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver a cross-curricular, skills-based curriculum.

- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative school culture through teamwork and shared leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support student progress.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and families.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Experience in working within a values-driven educational environment.
Preferred
- Experience with inclusive education or supporting children with speech, language, and communication needs.
- Familiarity with skills-based curriculum delivery.
- Experience in leading or contributing to staff development initiatives.
- Knowledge of current educational research and best practices in primary teaching.
