Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support student progress and achievement.

  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student wellbeing and success.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support where needed.
  • Work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver a cross-curricular, skills-based curriculum.
  • Promote the school's values of respect, excellence, and care in all aspects of teaching and learning.
  • Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support student progress.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and families.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Experience in working within a values-driven educational environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with inclusive education or supporting children with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Familiarity with skills-based curriculum delivery.
  • Experience in leading or contributing to staff development initiatives.
  • Knowledge of current educational research and best practices in primary teaching.
