The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching across the KS2 curriculum
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners
- Work closely with parents to support student progress and well-being
- Promote the school’s Christian values and ethos in daily practice
- Participate in collaborative planning and professional development opportunities
- Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports safeguarding
- Prepare and deliver end-of-key-stage assessments in line with national requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in KS2 education
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and end-of-key-stage assessment requirements
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Support for the school’s Christian values and ethos
Preferred
- Experience in promoting inclusive and creative teaching practices
- Demonstrated ability to reflect on and improve teaching methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with parental engagement and community involvement
