The Opportunity:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. This is a permanent position, working 33.75 hours per week, term time only, offering the opportunity to be part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning across the school by covering classes when required
  • Maintain high standards of behavior and pupil engagement during lessons
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and senior staff
  • Adhere to the school’s policies, values, and safeguarding procedures
  • Assist in the smooth running of the school during absences
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the school’s mission and values
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • A passion for supporting students to achieve their potential
  • High expectations of self and students
  • Initiative, dedication, and energy
  • Experience working with young people in an educational setting

Preferred
