Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain IT systems across multiple Trust schools.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and students as required.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all digital resources and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technologies and improvements.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in educational technology.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Assist with the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A driving licence is essential due to the need to travel between Trust schools.
• Experience in IT support within an educational setting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience with managing IT systems in a multi-site environment.
• Knowledge of educational software and learning platforms.
