- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
- Stay up to date with developments in the Design Technology field and incorporate new ideas into teaching practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Design Technology.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality lessons.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to student success and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in developing and delivering a successful Design Technology curriculum.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design software and tools.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting student projects beyond the classroom.
