Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in drama education.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in delivering creative and engaging lessons.

Preferred

• Experience with teaching across the creative department.
• Early Career Teacher (ECT1 or ECT2) with a willingness to grow and develop.
• Background in drama performance or production.
• Experience with drama assessment and progression strategies.
