Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in drama education.
- Ability to teach in mixed ability groups and adapt lessons accordingly.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in delivering creative and engaging lessons.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching across the creative department.
- Early Career Teacher (ECT1 or ECT2) with a willingness to grow and develop.
- Background in drama performance or production.
- Experience with drama assessment and progression strategies.
