Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues in the Performing Arts Team to enhance the overall arts experience.
- Engage students in extracurricular drama activities and productions.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in drama.
- Experience in teaching drama at KS3 or A Level, or the ability to teach across both levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and the development of a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in leading drama productions or extracurricular activities.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or working with diverse student groups.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and inspire in the classroom.
