Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement inquiry-based and play-based learning experiences tailored to young learners
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and academic growth
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to support holistic child development
• Document and assess student progress through reflective and ongoing observation
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with families to support student learning and well-being
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching practices
• Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion within the classroom and school community
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that reflects the school’s mission and values

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A recognised teaching qualification and degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Early Years teaching
• Strong understanding of inquiry-based and play-based learning approaches
• Experience working in an international school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to child-centered learning and family partnerships

Preferred

• Experience with the Reggio Emilia approach
• Familiarity with the British curriculum or international education systems
• Experience in curriculum development and reflective practice
• Proficiency in multiple languages
• Experience in leading or mentoring other teachers
