Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality Early Years programme aligned with Cambridge international learning principles and purposeful play.
  • Create engaging, stimulating learning environments that promote safety, creativity, and independence.
  • Support early literacy and numeracy development through interactive and inquiry-based learning experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to enhance student wellbeing and academic progress.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and deliver a cohesive and innovative curriculum.
  • Participate in school events, performances, and community engagement activities.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional and social development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Early Years Teacher with relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong understanding of child development, play-based learning, and early literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to school life.

Preferred

  • Experience with Cambridge international curriculum or similar early years frameworks.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching techniques and technology integration.
  • Experience in leading or supporting school events and community initiatives.
  • Fluency in a second language, particularly English or Thai.
