Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to accelerate language acquisition
• Create a supportive, immersive, and motivating learning environment for English language learners
• Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of language abilities and learning needs
• Collaborate with mainstream teachers to support student transitions into academic classes
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and student confidence alongside academic progress
• Design and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons that align with curriculum goals
• Provide regular feedback and support to students on their language development

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience teaching EAL/ESL learners in an international or multilingual setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusion
• Ability to differentiate instruction effectively
• Familiarity with international curricula and assessment standards

Preferred

• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or similar qualifications
• Background in early years or primary education
• Experience with digital learning tools and technologies
